FIELD: electrical and radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: key power amplifier has main transistors connected in compliance with push-pull diagram with matching transformer at input, current transformer with two primary and two secondary windings and output transformer. Diode-resistor circuit and secondary winding of matching transformer are connected in parallel to base-emitter junction of main transistor of each arm. Additional diode-resistor circuit is placed between base of supplementary and emitter of main transistor of each arm. Capacitor and corresponding secondary winding of current transformer and circuit of diodes linked in series are connected in parallel to diode-resistor circuit. Bias resistor is coupled in series with collector-base junction of supplementary transistor of each arm. EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency of amplifier. 2 cl, 3 dwg
