FIELD: applied television. SUBSTANCE: TV camera has multielement CCD. Operation of the CCD is controlled by sync generator, providing TV standard of decomposition of an image. Linear variable voltage generator and commutation unit provide to form signal of image brightness distribution function with high precision. In order to eliminate influence of distributed resistance of CCD on precision of forming of signal, the compensation unit is introduced into the device. TV camera has multielement CCD 1 with frame-to-frame transfer, which has accumulation section 2, memory section 3 and output register 4, sync generator 5, pulse amplifier-former 6 for controlling operation of accumulation section 2 and memory section 3, amplifier-former 7 for controlling operation of output register 4, constant voltage levels former 8, frequency divider 9, commutation unit 10, linearly varying voltage generator 11, registration unit 12, substrate resistance compensation unit 13.
