FIELD: TV devices. SUBSTANCE: device has photo sensitive matrix of charge-couple devices. It has first accumulating unit, memory unit and output register, which are connected by charge coupling. In addition device has control unit, generating amplifier, light separator and light-regulation unit which are located in series and are optically connected. Photo sensitive matrix of charge-coupled devices has second memory unit, which is connected first memory unit. Photo sensitive matrix of charge- coupled devices in device provides recursive filtration in mode of continuous exposition of storage area which has two memory units. Device may be used in design of devices for analysis of interference pictures which detect video signal by means of matrices of charge-coupled devices.
