FIELD: medicine, treating oncologic, neurologic and other diseases. SUBSTANCE: method involves subjecting a patient to be treated to the action of a bipolar pulsed magnetic field varying in amplitude with intensity selected within the range of 50-800 oersted at frequency within the range of 0.1-20 Hz. To obtain such a magnetic field a pulsed current varying according to sinusoidal or sawtooth law or trapezoidal law is used. If required, a current pulse divided in time into two portions on the first of which a current amplitude is selected constant and corresponding to the intensity of acting magnetic field and on the other portion a current amplitude is 1.5-4 times the same on the first one.
