FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, urogynecology, physiotherapy, and can be used in the treatment of a hyperactive bladder. Transcranial electrostimulation is performed in the frontal-mastoid technique with a pulse repetition frequency of 60–80 Hz, an amplitude of 15–25 mA with alternate stimulation of the right and left hemispheres at an interhemispheric switching frequency of 10 Hz. Number of procedures 8–10, held 2–3 times a week with an exposure of 30 minutes. Additionally, a vibro-magnetic effect is applied to the pelvic floor in the patient's sitting position, daily with an exposure of 10–15 minutes. Amplitude of vibration along the longitudinal axis of the body of the patient 2.0–3.0 mm with a frequency of 50 Hz, modulated randomly in the frequency range of 0.5–8 Hz. Alternating magnetic field induction on the surface of the pelvic floor 30–45 mTl with a frequency of 50–100 Hz.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the hyperactivity of the bladder by combining the central regulation of urination and local relaxation effects in the area of its detrusor and sphincters, improving the blood circulation of the pelvic floor muscles.
