FIELD: membrane process for separation of gas mixtures. SUBSTANCE: composition to be applied on a porous polymer substrate comprises a copolymer of trifluoroethylene and vinylidene fluoride or a copolymer of hexafluoropropylene and vinylidene fluoride and a perfluorocarbon lubricant in the amount of 3-10% of a base polymer. The membrane is dried and treated with a plasma of a subnormal gas discharge under pressure of 13.3 Pa and average specific power 10 kW/m cubic during 3-4 hours. EFFECT: improved quality of membrane.
