Its transverse holes are aligned with holes in internal pipe in open position and covered by surface of internal pipe in closed position. Closing pair is formed in closed position by end edge of external pipe and circular surface which is concentric with passage area of internal pipe. EFFECT: improved design. 7 cl, 2 dwg
