The module 5 has the cone stem 6, having radial hole with surfaces 22 and 23. The spacing member 9 is arranged in the cone stem 6 of the module 5. The cam 12 engages successively with the surfaces 22, 23 of the radial hole, with the spacing member 9 and with the rest surface 21 of the radial hole.
