SUBSTANCE: one additional holonomic continuous action variable-speed drive and a flywheel available in the transmission provide accumulation of kinetic energy when the vehicle moves down a slope with its further usage on the other sections of the track. Most of kinematic energy at braking is taken up by the flywheel. Failure of variable-speed drive - flywheel system does not cause brake system failure.
