FIELD: ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: steel has additionally nitrogen at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: carbon 0.10-0.15; chrome 16-19; nickel 5.5-6.5; manganese 1.5-3.0; silicon 1.0-2.5; molybdenum 1.0-1.5; vanadium 0.5-0.9; calcium 0.001-0.05; nitrogen 0.10-0.15, and iron - the rest. Total content of nitrogen and carbon is 0.20-0.25. EFFECT: enhanced resistance to small plastic deformation, retained plasticity, decreased cost of steel. 2 tbl
