FIELD: woodworking and railway transport. SUBSTANCE: located between tie bars is hollow communicated with atmosphere and accommodating flexible reservoir. Made over periphery of flexible reservoir are holes. In zone of the tie attachment to rail the hollow is increased in height. Middle part of flexible reservoir in place of communication with atmosphere is furnished with check valve passed through hole in upper tie. When wheels of train set of cars roll over rails the load is transmitted to composite tie and thickened hollow of flexible reservoir is compressed to force wood preservative through holes to tie bars. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 dwg
