FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: drive half-clutch 1 has carriers 6 on which blocks 4 with flexible friction members 3 pressed with pressure springs 6 against inner surface of driven half-clutch 2 are mounted for movement. Carriers are positioned tangentially and uniaxially to each other. Transfer of torque between half-clutches 1 and 2 is performed by friction between half-clutch 2 and members 3 due to provision for mutual balancing of forces of spring 6 and efforts emerging on running-on and running-off ends of members 3.
