FIELD: pipe-line fixtures. SUBSTANCE: shut-off device in the form of torus filled with compressed gaseous medium and coupled with movement mechanism os installed in pipe communicating with body. Torus is made cone-shaped and is enveloped over bigger face with bands. Ends of bands are attached to outer surface of pipe, other ends are anchored on movement mechanism. Pipe is divided into two spaces with the aid of partition, each of them having radial holes. Movement mechanism is built in the form of drive shaft with drums and is positioned in body.
