FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: pipe line connected with a branch pipe is provided with valving member made of a flexible tor filled with compressed gas and coupled with a displacing mechanism. The tor is enclosed by two flexible belts. One end of the belt is fixed to the branch pipe and the other end is coupled with the mechanism. The branch pipe is conical and provided with tight baffle mounted at the end of conical part of the branch pipe having grater diameter and has radial through openings. The belts enclose the tor over outer surface. One ends of the belts pass through central opening of the tor and secured to conical surface of the branch pipe. The mechanism is made of linear screw mechanism made of a screw received in the tight baffle provided with central threaded opening and roller unit. One of the rollers is mounted on face of the screw by a swivel. Two rollers are mounted on outer surface of the conical part of the branch pipe from the side of its grater diameter oppositely to each other. The second ends of the belts are interconnected and enclose the roller. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 1 dwg
