FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a tank with a valve positioned inside and fixed to a shaft, and a funnel located under the tank. The valve is connected to a chute by links. A ball bearing is located on a link between the valve and the chute. Guides are made on a chute at an angle of no less than 45° relative to the chute axis. Holes of diameter from 40 to 50 mm may be made on the chute. The valve and the chute may be rigidly interconnected by links. In this case the ball bearing is located on the shaft to which a valve is suspended, the valve has a helical profile guides on the side surface. EFFECT: improved structure. 3 cl, 5 dwg
