FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of distributing chute for loose material and of mechanism of its drive. The distributing chute consists of a duct-like main part with open percussion and outlet sections. The drive mechanism of the distributing chute actuates the distributing chute to rotate around mainly vertical axis and turns the distributing chute around mainly horizontal axis facilitating distribution of loose material along charging surface of the shaft furnace. The distributing chute consists of a funnel section closed along whole periphery; this section decreases to cone in the direction of stream, is located downstream from the percussion section and has an outlet aperture at a lower end of the said main duct-like part.

EFFECT: improved centring charge of loose material in furnace.
