SUBSTANCE: device has rotating pallet consisting of cylindrical main body rotated by first drive around first vertically oriented rotation axis, and loading pallet which is rigidly connected to outlet of main body with possible combined turn. Loading pallet consists of upper portion which is adjacent to outlet of main body and is placed along its length at angle to first rotation axis, and lower portion which is connected to upper portion with possible relative turn and is provided with second drive for turning around second vertically oriented rotation axis spaced from first rotation axis.
EFFECT: higher effectiveness, lower dimensions.
