FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: new method prescribes admixing citrated blood and 1.29 per cent solution of calcium chloride in volumetric ratio 0.66 to 0.040 and recording time of coagulation of blood placed in thrombelastograph. Whenever citrated blood requires less time for coagulation relative to normal, hypercoagulation is diagnosed. EFFECT: greater simplicity. 2 dwg, 2 tbl
