FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clinical laboratory diagnostics and can be used for screening test for determination of anticoagulant potential of blood plasma for diagnostics of pre-thrombotic conditions. Essence of the test consists in recalcification of whole blood plasma with calcium chloride and registration of coagulation on a photometer for enzyme immunoassay. Coagulation of whole plasma during incubation for 30 min at 37 °C testifies to reduced anticoagulant potential of blood plasma and threat of thrombosis in viral infection or in inflammatory conditions of a person, as well as in post-covid syndrome.

EFFECT: introduction of the offered test for determination of anticoagulant potential of blood plasma will allow to start prevention of thromboses, strokes and infarctions in time at the stage before cardiovascular accidents.
