FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of protective materials for the manufacture of personal protective equipment designed to protect human skin from the effects of dangerous and harmful factors, and relates to rubberized material. Material includes a layer of textile base with a rubber coating, while using a polyamide fabric in the form of a parallel layer with a one-sided rubber coating as the textile base. Inner layer of rubber coating includes butyl rubber, and the outer layer of rubber coating includes the first and second layers of the adhesive composition of a styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomer of various concentrations with the addition of flame retardants. Concentration of the first layer of the styrene-butadiene-styrene thermoplastic elastomer adhesive composition is 25–28 wt.%, and the concentration of the second layer of the styrene-butadiene-thermoplastic elastomer adhesive composition is 28–33 wt.%. Adhesive composition contains a combination of organic solvents, including nefras and ethyl acetate in a mass ratio of 2:1, respectively.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the protective properties of the material to the effects of various aggressive media and abrasion while maintaining its elasticity at low temperatures.
