FIELD: electric technique. SUBSTANCE: device has at least two storage batteries composed of n storage cells connected in series, output terminals corresponding to the number of storage cells; 2n transistor switches for two batteries in base and collector circuits of which windings of corresponding two transformers are connected; step-up transformer, rectifier, two change-over switches, one AC voltage generator and ballast resistor. The device permits to discharge each storage battery to the ballast resistor or to any of the remaining batteries. EFFECT: improved quality. 1 dwg
