SUBSTANCE: device includes two transformers, K storage batteries composed of n cells connected in series, output terminals in accord with number of cells, n transistors keys into which base and collector circuits windings of proper transformers are placed, one rectifier, two controlled change-over switches, one generator of alternating voltage and ballast resistor.
