FIELD: electric technique, power supply of radioelectronic apparatus. SUBSTANCE: DC converter is characterized by the use of diode 19 and resistor 20 connected in series and forming a circuit connected to output and input terminals. The converter is made according to a push-pull circuit on the basis of transistors 1, 2 with power transformer 14 and current transistor 5. Current consumed at no-load doesn't exceed leakage currents (that is a collector inverse current) of transistors 1, 2 in non-conducting state. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability at no-load. 2 cl, 1 dwg
