FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing a separating partition on nutrient solution. Holes in partition should be smaller than thickness of stalks. Tubers are placed on separating partition, covered on top with light-tight partition having holes of porolon-like material. Nutrient solution is produced by supplying water through ceolyte saturated with mineral nutrient elements. As the plant grows, young tubers are collected and the damaged ones, removed.
