Rod holders 4 and auxiliary rod holders 10 are perforated in relatively perpendicular planes to provide passages 5 and diagonal passage 6. Ends of tie rods 2 and threaded rods 3 are fixed in grooves 13 in relatively perpendicular planes of rod holders 4 and 10. There is distance piece 14 complemented by nuts 15, 16, 18 and 19 is disposed in coaxial openings of auxiliary rod holders 10. Pin holders 9 have their own threaded axial openings for disposition at free ends of tie rods and threaded rods. Auxiliary rod holder 10 with intraosseous nail 24 are located on tie rod 14.
