FIELD: medicine, in particular, apparatuses for perosseous fixation and reposition of body fragments. SUBSTANCE: compression- distraction apparatus uses rings 1 and 2 with wire holders 4 and wires 3, arched supports 5 and 6 connected to the rings by means of threaded rods 13 and 14 and a reposition assembly made in the form of slide block 8 with holes, having mutually perpendicular axes, in which perosseous retainer 7 is installed; retainer 7 has the shape of a hook, whose working end is bent in the circumference arc. The ends of arched supports 5 and 6 are extended by the value of a doubled radius. EFFECT: reduced traumatism of treatment of fractured and injuries of bones due to exclusion of passage of perosseous retainers through the adjacent formations of soft tissues, preserving their anatomic structure as mush as possible; reduced time spent on mounting and dismantling of the apparatus. 2 cl, 1 dwg
