SUBSTANCE: profile-bending mill has at least one stand with paired by pass an embracing and embraced rollers, working grooves of which have peripheral working conical sections, that are adjoining to central section. Embraced roller has adjoining to conical sections bulges with cone section, generatrix of which is located at angle of 100 - 120 deg. to generatrix of working surface of cone section. Working grove of embracing roller has limited by width working cone sections. Working section of embracing roller in the stand has width, equaled to 1.0 - 1.2 of the pass section width of working groove of previous stand embracing roller. In some cases it is reasonable, that embracing roller working groove of the stand is limited by width by ribs, space between inner butt surfaces of which is equaled to width of pass section of previous stand working groove. EFFECT: profile-bending mill ensures higher accuracy of profiles production. 2 cl, 2 dwg
