FIELD: shape bending mill "Doctoroff-Poonin" designed for bending metal sheets by means of special contour rolls. SUBSTANCE: mill includes row of preliminarily mounted working stands with pair of grooved rolls provided with disc members projected relative to adjacent portions and having cylindrical portions and cone ends joined with cylindrical portion. In zone of roll groove at least of one working stand of mill one roll has generatrices of cone surfaces of cone ends inclined relative to lengthwise axis of roll by angle determined according to given mathematical expression in dependence upon maximum and minimum gaps of roll grooved pass, distance between apices of two adjacent disc members of paired rolls, inclination angle of tangent connecting apices of two adjacent disc members in one grooved pass relative to lengthwise axis of roll and so on. EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of mill due to making high quality bent shapes of predetermined contour from different-thickness blank without regrinding rolls. 4 dwg, 1 expr
