FIELD: foundry. SUBSTANCE: machine has bed 1, two movable parts, each of which includes main slide 2, additional slide 3, carriage 4, mechanism 5 for metering and supply of charge into bushing cooling device 6, drive head 7 and pressing head 8, two positions of bushing loading and unloading provided with mechanism 9 of loading-unloading, one position of surfacing comprising h-f induction unit 10 with inductor 11. Positions of loading-unloading and machine movable parts are located opposite to surfacing position. Machine has mechanism for loading-unloading of bushings into movable part, mechanism for metering and supplying charge into bushing, and cooling device. Device for pressing bushings is made in form of cones which have channels for cooling water as spindles have. EFFECT: higher economic and technical indices. 5 cl, 5 dwg
