Abstract RU 2154562 C1

FIELD: hardening or restoring surfaces of parts of railway road transport vehicle, namely overspring beam and lateral frame of truck of freight car. SUBSTANCE: installation includes fusion apparatus with inductor and manipulator for handling article. Manipulator has trolley on which carriage with rotary table, rotating device and mechanisms for turning and lifting is mounted with possibility of reciprocation motion. Carriage has struts with guides in which axle is mounted with possibility of raising, descending and rotating. Said axle is kinematically joined with mechanism for turning and raising table. Rotating device has changeable tilter including two vertically mounted disc seats. Each disc includes two halves with seats designed for placing fused article and rigidly joined in pairs one with another. Mechanism for raising table is provided with reversing motor. Cantilever with carriage for realizing reciprocation motions of fusing apparatus with inductor is movably mounted on column. Water cooled electric current lead assembly of circuit of high frequency generator is jointly secured to its housing with possibility of rotation to fused surface by angle no more than 100 degrees. It is possible to change inductors depending upon fused surface. EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of installation at fusion of large-size articles with complex-shape fusion surfaces. 6 cl, 12 dwg
