FIELD: foundry, in particular, equipment for manufacture of bimetallic bushings by centrifuging. SUBSTANCE: machine has bed 1 where rotor 3 is installed on axle 2. Rotor 3 has two immovable driving headstocks 4 and two movable clamping tailstocks 5 with spindles 6 where cones 6 are installed for fastening bushings 8 by means of screw 9. Spindles 6 are driven by belt transmission 10 from electric motor 11. The machine has two positions: heating position and installation position. In heating position welded up bushing 8 is located opposite to heater 12. Heater 12 is frame induction heater of high-frequency generator embracing bushing 8 with some clearance over arc of circle. Machine with mechanism for displacement of rotor allows bimetallization of bushings by induction method with use of heater in the form of frame induction heater embracing built up bushing over arc of circle with maximum angle of contact of part and minimal gap between them. EFFECT: higher efficiency of high-frequency generator, extended technological capabilities of machine that is responsible for high productivity and versatility. 4 cl, 3 dwg
