FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: melted in a crucible furnace metal is poured in a casting mold, that as ingot hardening is then moved relatively zone of heating. Apparatus has a casting mold, a crucible furnace, that has a turning mechanism and a cooler, fixed on a transportation mechanism, that is located on the frame of the furnace. The cooler is mounted on a casting mold, located in the upper part of the crucible of the furnace. Side surface of the casting mold matches the side surface of the upper inner part of the crucible.
