FIELD: foundry practice. SUBSTANCE: according to the method the spout of a crucible is set inside the feeder head, the mould is secured to the frame of the movable part of a melting furnace, the charge is loaded into the melting zone of the crucible, the charge is melted, the movable part of the furnace is turned towards the pouring spout, the molten metal is poured into the mould, the furnace is returned into the original position and is kept warm during the solidification period. Preparatory to placing the mould for pouring, the movable part of the melting furnace is turned through an angle Ψ adopted anywhere within the range 90°< Ψ < 270°. The apparatus is returned into the original position after the mould has been attached to the movable frame of the furnace. EFFECT: provides for ordered structure. 1 cl 1 dwg
