FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: layer of molten carrier with electric conducting particles dispersed in it before its hardening is subjected to action of rotating magnetic field with simultaneous relative movement of the source of the magnetic field. Movement of the rotating magnetic field relatively to the layer of the carrier is exercised discretely. Electric current from an external source is fed to and goes through electric conducting composition at the time interval of the layer of the carrier with dispersed electric conducting particles in it is subjected to the magnetic field action. Besides, a composition of cationic polymers and anionic synthetic latex may be added in the carrier. Electric conducting particles, dispersed in the carrier, are made at least of two metals and/or their derivatives and contacting each other form a thermocouple layer. In the case a temperature gradient is kept along subjected layer of the carrier.
