FIELD: mechanical engineering; plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: working rotor has shaft 1 with drain channel 9. Mounted on shaft 1 is cylinder block 2 with cylinders 3 with working tools 19 arranged on periphery. Nozzle 31 is arranged in drain channel 9 in space of shaft 1. One end of nozzle 31 is secured in hydraulic cylinder block 2 and other end is placed in funnel 32 made on end of shaft 1. Cylinders 3 are connected with pump and drain channel 9 by system of high and low pressure liquid pipes 7 and 8, respectively, and by leakage liquid channels 20 with drain channel 9. Outlets of leakage liquid channels 20 are arranged over funnel 32. In case of increase in flow rate rarefaction is built up in circular clearance between nozzle and funnel and liquid from leakage liquid channels 20 of cylinders 3 is sucked into circular clearance.
