FIELD: mechanical engineering; assembling. SUBSTANCE: device is made in form of rotor. Mounted on rotor shaft in tandem are charging device hopper 8, transportation device sprocket 19 and mounting device guide block 21. Coaxially arranged gripping pin 10 with conical entry portion and push-over device 11 are placed in bottom of hopper 8 under each working position. Mounted coaxially with gripping pin 10 and push-over device 11 in guide block 21 over each working position are coaxially installed spring-loaded bushing 22 and mandrel 23 with jaws 24. With pin 10 reciprocating, it takes resilient rings from hopper 8. Jaws 24 push over resilient rings from conical portion of pin 10 onto cylindrical portion. Then bushing 22 approaches gripping pin 10. Push-over device 11 shifts resilient rings from pin 10 onto bushing 22. Simultaneously, base part is delivered to assembling position. Bushing 22 approaches base part and jaws 24 push over resilient rings in turn into grooves on base part. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 4 dwg
