SUBSTANCE: machine has body 1, film feed mechanism including unreeling devices 3 and 4 carrying film rolls 14 and 15, article feed mechanism 5 including air cylinder and article changeable holder 12 of U-shape, and mechanisms 6-8 for making end and side seams of bags. Mounted after mechanism 6 for formation end seams in direction of article motion on body 1 are mechanism 9 for prepressing of articles during welding and located under mechanism 9 mechanism 10 for shifting articles from zone of making end seams to zone of making side seams.
