FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: Diesel engine has fuel and water tanks, low pressure pumps, mixer, heater, flow rate controllers, flow meter, and filter. The apparatus is additionally provided with a reservoir for collecting water which is in communication with an oil separator through the first pump. The oil separator is coupled with the fuel and water tanks through pipe lines. The heater is positioned under the tanks filled with water and fuel. The mixer is made of an ejector. The second pump of low pressure is connected to a nozzle of the ejector through a pipe line. The filter is slot-type and connected to diffuser of the ejector through a pipe line. The first outlet of the filter is connected with the Diesel engine and the second outlet is connected with the second low pressure pump through a valve for controlling flow rate of water-fuel emulsion and a pipe line and is connected with a connecting pipe of returning of water- fuel emulsion to the ejector.
