FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: device for preparation of water-fuel emulsion in fuel system of diesel locomotive engine includes feed tank for water with intake device, ejector with dispersing diffuser, active and passive nozzles connected to fuel pump of diesel locomotive engine and water intake device correspondingly. Feed tank for water is the same for water and fuel and is additionally equipped with fuel intake device. Note that water intake device is fixed at the bottom of the tank, and fuel intake device is installed in the tank with the possibility of vertical movement.
EFFECT: simplification of water-fuel emulsion preparation device in fuel system of diesel locomotive engine.
