FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: vertical pump-centrifuge has hollow housing 1 with branch pipes 2 and 3 correspondingly for cleaned and dirty liquids and hollow rotor 6, mounted on shaft 4 with ring-type clearance 5. Rotor 6 is made as a truncated cone with closed big base 7. Additional hollow inner rotor 10 with horizontal partition 11 is fixed inside of rotor 6 equidistantly from its inner surface and with formation of ring-shaped cavity between rotor 6 inner and rotor 10 outer surfaces. Partition 11 divides rotor 10 into upper and lower chambers 12 and 13. Chamber 12 has axial central feed line 14, that is communicating with branch pipe 3. Chamber 12 outer surface has perforation 8, that communicates chamber 12 with cavity 9. Chamber 13 has input hole 15, located in the small base of rotor 10, and radial outlets 17. Outlets 17 are located near partition 11 and are connecting chamber 13 with branch pipe 2. At least one ring-shaped screen 19 is mounted between rotors 6 and 10 and is equally spaced from the rotors side surfaces with clearances 18. Screen 19 is rigidly connected with rotors 6 and 10. Bases 20 and 21 are made open and ensure communication of clearances 18 with cavity 9 and hole 15. Partition 11 prevents mixture of dirty and cleaned liquids. EFFECT: vertical pump-centrifuge is used in hydraulic systems of machines for working liquids feeding with the liquids simultaneous cleaning. 1 dwg
