FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: centrifuge comprises a hollow cylindrical body with a neck, an inlet, an outlet and drainage branch pipes located inside the body with a rotor configured with axial rotation, a cage is coaxially attached to a bottom end, and a plate is attched to a top end, a guiding device and a filtering element coaxially located outside the rotor are instaled in the body. The centrifuge is equipped with a packing seal and blades which are located inside the body. The plate is made in the form of a figured bushing, the outlet branch pipe is in the form of a hollow pin, coaxially mounted on the shaped bushing and rigidly connected thereto, the guiding device is in the form of a screw swirler, and the rotor is in the form of coaxially arranged perforated outer and inner cages with filtering element located therebetween. The cages are coaxially arranged with a figured bushing and a hollow pin having blades on the outer side surface evenly mounted along its circumference. In this case, the inlet branch pipe is tangentially connected to the upper part of the housing at the level of the blades located on the hollow pin, and the packing seal is located in an annular gap formed by the body neck inner surface and the hollow pin outer surface. The screw swirler is installed in the body below the inlet branch pipe, the hollow pin being coaxially mounted in the body neck with the possibility of rotation relative thereto.
EFFECT: increase of operation reliability and efficiency.
