FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: command signal is periodically supplied. A resulting working medium control signal of an actuating engine is formed by reducing the command signal by a feedback signal value. Translational motion of the actuating engine is converted to shaft rotation, the angle of rotation is measured to form the feedback signal. The feedback signal is formed by converting the measured angle of rotation to a periodical signal with an oscillation frequency equal to an actual value of the drive shaft revolutions per minute. An additional periodical command signal and an additional feedback signal with a constant phase shift relative to corresponding main signals are supplied and an additional resulting working medium flow control signal of an additional actuating engine is formed.
