FIELD: rotation of drive shaft of various mechanisms. SUBSTANCE: output members of actuating motors are connected with drive shaft by means of mechanism converting the translational motion into rotary motion. Command unit is connected to one input of each comparison unit whose outputs are connected to working medium distributors of respective actuating motors. Connected to other inputs are sine and cosine negative feedback circuits. Each circuit includes non- linear unit connected with sensor measuring the angle of turn of drive shaft. Command unit is made in form of phase-shifted oscillator with outputs of sinusoidal and cosinusoidal command signals; non-linear units are made in form of converters changing the angle of turn into sine and cosine periodic signal at frequency equal to present magnitude of drive shaft revolutions. Each sine converter is connected with comparison unit which is connected in its turn to output of sine command signal; each cosine converter is connected with comparison unit connected in its turn to output of cosine command signal of command unit.
