FIELD: systems for regulating voltage, velocities of different objects, temperature, brightness [low-voltage incandescent lamps]. SUBSTANCE: device has thyristorized ac voltage interrupter 1, threshold unit 7, unit 8 for smoothly connecting and disconnecting a load and switch 9. On increasing a voltage of a power supply source connected to terminals 5 and 6 power at load 4 lowers because of a reduced operation time of thyristor 3, a current through transistor 34 increasing and operation voltage of threshold unit 7 increasing as well. The operation voltage increase is proportional to a transfer ratio of a divider composed of resistors 29 and 30 and stabilizer diode 33. Thus power variations in load 4 are compensated for. EFFECT: improved quality, enhanced efficiency in compensating for power variations in load. 2 cl, 1 dwg
