FIELD: satellite TV broadcasting. SUBSTANCE: flat aerial presents multilayer structure composed of flat laminations placed one beneath other containing conducting screen, strip power supply circuit, slit radiators, volumetric resonators, partially transparent surface. Insertion of grid of volumetric resonators with cell size bigger than working length of wave and height equal to approximately half-wave makes it possible to reduce number of radiators with keeping of efficiency, i.e. to simplify power supply circuit and to reduce losses. Use of four slits in each cell excited by known method allows emission and reception of wave with circumferential polarization to be carried out. EFFECT: simplified power supply circuit, reduced losses. 3 cl, 10 dwg
