FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering, particularly antenna-feeder devices. A broadband cavity antenna, which includes a first cavity resonator with a partially transparent wall and a second cavity resonator with coupling holes, wherein the cavity resonator is placed inside the first cavity resonator. The broadband cavity antenna further includes a device for turning the second cavity resonator about its axis (UP), a sensor and a solid dielectric support placed in the first cavity resonator. The UP is a threaded connection of the first and second cavity resonators. The sensor is in the form of a frame or an asymmetric electric dipole placed in the inner region of the first cavity resonator. The dielectric support is a hollow truncated cone placed in the inner region of the first cavity resonator.
EFFECT: high mechanical strength of the antenna, enabling adjustment of matching the antenna with a feeder, enabling monitoring of signals emitted by the antenna independent of the effect of meteorological factors.
