FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: collapsible tracheobronchial endoprosthesis can be disposed inside purpose-designed instrument and endoscope when removing it. It incorporates hollow cylinder made of tissue-compatible X-ray transparent flexible material and having smooth inner surface, external protrusions and auxiliary vertical and horizontal marks made of tissue-compatible X-ray-contrast flexible material for roentgenological examination. Each protrusion is shaped as parallelepiped having smoothed-out external ribs and helically dislocated. EFFECT: higher accuracy of fitting endoprosthesis in position and assessing effectiveness of radiotherapy, greater convenience in positioning and withdrawing endoprosthesis and lower rate of traumatism of surrounding tissues and probability of erosion of blood vessels. 3 cl, 2 dwg
