FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes carrying out hemosorption, 4 to 6 plasmapheretic procedures with medicamentous anti-inflammatory therapy and additionally intramuscularly administering calcitrine 12 to 24 h prior to hemosorption in daily amount of 3 to 5 units during 30 to 40 days. EFFECT: disclosed method allows minimizing probability of relapse by additionally administering calcitrine into patients suffering from complicated rheumatoid arthritis.
