FIELD: medicine, rheumatology. SUBSTANCE: the blood content of calcitonin and parathyroid hormone is determined before and for 15-16 minute after intravenous load with 10% calcium gluconate solution. Coefficient for choosing therapy C according to calcitonin and that for therapy P according to parathyroid hormone are estimated. At C coefficient lower 1.0 and P coefficient above 1.0 a course for plasmapheresis therapy is prescribed, at C values higher 1.0 and P values lower 1.0 hemosorptional therapy is needed, at their values above 1.0 combined therapy is available and at values lower 1.0 one should conduct conventional antiphlogistic therapy. EFFECT: higher efficiency in choosing the kind of efferent therapy.
