FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering anti- inflammatory therapy, vitamins combined with a basic therapy. The main medicine to be used is oxydevit, which is administered to begin with a minimum therapeutic dose of 0.25 mcg per day with daily dose increment being 0.2-0.25 mcg to reach the dose of 0.5-1.5 mcg. Oxydevit is to be ingested 40-60 min before going to bed in the night time between 9 and 11 p.m. and additionally between 1 and 3 p.m. during the dinner meal, calcium and phosphorus preparations are administered to be taken once in the amount of a daily therapeutic dose. EFFECT: reduced probability of relapsing disease, longer duration of remittance period. 4 dwg
